Kansas City Board of Public Utilities received the Sue Kelly Community Service Award at the APPA national conference held in Nashville. The award recognizes utilities for “good neighbor” activities that the utilities and the employee do for Kansas City. KCBPU displays this through donations, sponsorships, summer youth sports programs, customer hardship payment programs, just to name a few. Congratulations to KCBPU on this well deserved award.
