We are thrilled to announce the keynote speakers for the 2025 Annual Conference, taking place November 13–14 at the Wichita Marriott Hotel in Wichita, KS.
This year’s conference will feature two dynamic voices who bring energy, insight, and a whole lot of heart to the stage: Joel Goldberg, Emmy Award-winning broadcaster and leadership speaker, and Dan Meers, better known as KC Wolf, the legendary mascot of the Kansas City Chiefs.
Joel Goldberg – Winning Trust, Building Culture

Joel Goldberg has spent over 25 years in sports broadcasting, most notably as the host of Kansas City Royals telecasts. Off the field, Joel is a sought-after speaker whose message of championship culture, grit, and trust-building resonates across industries. His keynote, drawn from behind-the-scenes stories in professional sports, will challenge attendees to rethink leadership and teamwork in their organizations.
Dan Meers – Courageous Leadership with KC Wolf
For over 30 years, Dan Meers has brought joy and energy to fans as KC Wolf, the beloved mascot of the Kansas City Chiefs. But behind the costume is a powerful story of resilience, faith, and purpose. After surviving a near-fatal stunt accident in 2013, Dan turned his experience into a mission to inspire others. His keynote, “Take Off the Mask: Is Your Life Story Worth Telling?”, will leave you laughing, reflecting, and ready to lead with courage.
