EMP2 Meeting in Russell

The Emp2 monthly meeting was held today, July 18th in the City of Russell at the City Hall. New officers were elected. Cliff Sonnenberg from the City of Garden City was elected Chair of the EMP2 group and Manny Milbers, from the City of Beloit was elected Vice-Chair. Thank you to the City of Russell for hosting the meeting.
