Day Three of the week began in St Francis where staff met and visited with Utility Personnel and Jennifer Blair, City Treasurer. Stop number Two took us to Goodland where we met with Dustin Bedore, Utility Director and Mary Volk, City Clerk. The Third stop on the day found us in Sharon Springs where Brad Hatfield took us on a tour of the power plant and we met with a member of the Sharon Springs City Council. Finally, stop number Four put us in Colby late in the day and met with Tyson McGreer, City Manager and City Staff.
