Congratulations Lou!

Lou Leone of Kiowa was chosen by the Kansas Association of City/County Management as this years

recipient of the Early Career Excellence Award at the KACM Annual Conference in Newton. Lou took

over the reigns as City Administrator of Kiowa on November 9, 2015. KMEA began serving power to

Kiowa on January 1, 2016 and Kiowa is a member of EMP3. Lou has been very active in KMEA and is

great to work with. Lou joins previous award winners Nathan Law, Jamie Shockley, Taggart Wall,

Grayson Path, and Emily Graf. Our Congratulations to Lou!
