Stan Luke, mayor of the city of Burlington was awarded the Vanderlinden Public Official Award at the APPA national conference held earlier this month. This award is given to elected or appointed local officials who contributed to the goals and mission of APPA and public power. Congratulations to Stan for all of his hard work and dedication to his community and public power.
