On July 1st, KMEA purchased the assets of Mid-States Energy Works. This completed the process that began well over a year ago and was voted on and approved by the full board of directors in April.
The goal of this project is to continue the very high level of service to all municipal utilities in the State of Kansas and to keep the costs at a manageable level for cities of all sizes.
The Executive Committee along with most of the new KMEA Staff were on hand for the event!
